Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

**Any orders placed, payment completed or completed Age Verification for orders after 1 PM will be processed the next business day**

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
We primarily use EVRI UK and DPD UK to fulfil our orders. Customers can choose their preferred service. 
If required, we may use Amazon Logistics Shipping to fulfil some orders.

For International Orders, we use DHL Express and DHL Global Mail

We do not collect any duties or taxes at checkout, and they are not included in the final order price displayed on our website. These charges, if applicable, are payable by you directly to your local customs authority or courier.
If you choose not to pay any import fees or duties and the parcel is returned to us:
  • We will refund the item cost only.
  • Minus any import, handling or return fees charged to us by customs or the courier,
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Delays in Dispatch or Problems with Your Parcel?

Please note that we are not in control and do not take responsibility for the couriers' actions.

For any Next Day Services, any delays to your parcel that directly relate to our processing time or dispatch, we will refund the shipping fee


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kochkochin.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Age verification (Knives/Bladed Items)

Here at Koch & Köchin, we value our customers' safety above all else and take our social responsibility very seriously. As part of our commitment to safety, proof of ID will be requested at delivery to ensure that nobody makes a purchase of a bladed item without being of legal age.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unopened, unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@kochkochin.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
