About This Product

This enamelled cast iron Dutch oven bread pot creates the steam needed for a crisp crust, an even rise and a soft crumb when baking homemade bread. 

The cast iron construction absorbs and retains heat for consistent baking, while the domed lid traps moisture to recreate the conditions of a professional bread oven. The enamel coating requires no seasoning, resists rust and is easy to maintain. Compatible with gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs, it's oven-safe up to 260°C and can also be used for roasting, braising and slow cooking.

Which size do I need?

The 5.6L bread pot is well suited to baking standard sourdough and artisan loaves while also providing enough capacity for family-sized casseroles, stews and roasts. Choose a larger Dutch oven if you regularly cook larger batches or bake oversized loaves.
